After attaining his Bachelor of Science at Messiah Collage, attorney James R. Radmore earned his Juris Doctor at Widener University School of Law in 1982. As an actively engaged attorney, he has legal publications, including the U.S. Supreme Court Report on Dolan vs USPS. As a sought out legal speaker, he presented an oral argument in the U.S. Supreme Court surrounding federal tort claims. To his credit, he was the AV Preeminent Award from Martindale Hubble in 2010.
